This was one of my mother's go-to quick meals, especially at the end of the month when we were low on groceries. It can be made with nearly any ingredients and many variations, altered to your specific tastes, take less than 30 minutes from start to serving. *Start by browning ground beef (amount depends on how many people you are feeding or how much leftovers you want), drain. *Add condensed soup (we generally use Cream of Mushroom, but any creamy or cheesy soup will work. *Add cooked pasta (we have used noodles, spaghetti, and macaroni, your choice) again amounts depend on how much you want. *If desired, you can add a frozen veggie (peas, carrots & corn have all been used; if you want to used veggies from your garden cook them before adding) Serve, garnishing with grated cheese and/or parsley (or just as it comes from the skillet). Hard to mess this one up and it has enough possible ingredients that it could be made a bit different every day for a week.
