Ingredients: 1 box Savory Herbs Stovetop Stuffing 1/2 cup butter, melted Diced zucchini, (I used 3 medium, quantity can be adjusted if you want to use a smaller baking pan) 1/2 onion diced 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (or Cream of Chicken) Grated cheese (1 to 2 cups) Mix stuffing & butter together, place on bottom of baking dish. Mix all other ingredients (except cheese) together, pour on top of stuffing and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. Remove foil & top with desired amount of grated cheese. Return to over for another 5-10 minutes. Allow to set for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
