Over the years, I have held a number of "Sausage Making" and "Sausage & Wine" get togethers. I provide the equipment (meat grinder, mixing machine & stuffer), sausage casings and knowledge/recipes. You provide the meat & spices. We help you make the sausage, cook it (either in your kitchen or backyard bbq) and then enjoy eating it.
